Post- Sale Support:
ABC continues its individual attention to your needs by supporting every aspect of your relationship with us. From financing and procurement options, to user training, to direct service of your imaging devices, we support your needs. Our greatest investments fall squarely in these areas.

1. Your Account Manager serves as a single resource person for all your needs, ensuring that the requirements of your business are met, with prompt resolution of any concerns.

Your Account Manager will:

�  Administer bespoke contracts as they pertain to all service, sales and administrative activity.
�  Monitor orders, delivery and installation of all equipment and supplies.
�  Resolve any billing or administrative concerns
�  Submit all required management control reports
�  Conduct regular scheduled reviews of account activity.

2. Our Customer Management Teams offer dedicated and centralized support for all administrative functions and is available to all our customers. The Customer Management Team ensures consistency; accuracy and timeliness for order processing, invoicing, supplies ordering, reporting, issue resolution and overall account support. Working alongside your Account Manager we will treat you with the same level of service, irrespective of your company's size.
